<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition improving utilization rates in a living body of general foods, health functional foods, or health supplemental foods by improving basic living body functions such as digestion, absorption, circulation, metabolism and immunology with an adjustment of intra-intestine environment by taking a probiotics, prebiotics and biogenics or an adjustment of anti-oxidation function by taking vitamins, minerals and an antioxidant food, or both, and as a result, aiming at the functional reinforcement of these foods and contributing to health. <P>SOLUTION: This functionally reinforcing composition improves the utilization rates of active ingredients of the general foods, health functional foods or health supplemental foods in the living body by components performing the adjustment of the intra-intestinal environment or adjustment of the anti-oxidation function, or both.
