PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving apparatus securing the degree of freedom in the design while making this apparatus compact, and enhancing the gas dissolving efficiency at a low cost with low energy. SOLUTION: This gas dissolving apparatus X is constituted so that an airtight cylindrical tank main body T is arranged on a liquid route 1 provided with a liquid supplying pump 2 and a gas dissolving part 4 and a liquid adjusting part 5 are formed vertically by separating the inside of the body T by a separation pipe 3. A spatial part 6 is arranged in the upper part of the body T by connecting the upper part of the part 4 to the upper part of the part 5. A liquid outflow port 7 to be connected to a treatment apparatus is arranged in the lower part of the part 5. An ejector 9 being a gas mixing means communicating with the part 6 for mixing the pressurized gas in the part 6 in a liquid is arranged on a liquid introducing route 8 for introducing the liquid into the lower part of the part 4.
