PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt having a loosening preventing function equal to a hard lock nut R without using a nut. SOLUTION: This bolt fastener 1 for fastening a first fastening member having a screw hole 2 to a second fastening member 5 having a bolt insert hole 4 with an inner diameter larger than that of the screw hole 2 is provided with a bolt 6, which is provided with a screw shaft 8 passing through the bolt insert hole 4 and while to be screwed to the screw hole 2 in a tip thereof and a bolt head 9, and a bolt receiver part 7 having an insert hole 10, to which the screw shaft 8 is to be inserted. Any one side surface of the bolt head 9 and the bolt receiver part 7 opposite to the other thereof is formed with a projecting part 11 having a tapered peripheral surface formed so that diameter is shrunken as it comes outward in the axial direction, and the other side surface opposite to the one side surface is formed with a recessed part 12 to be fitted on the projecting part 11. One or both of the peripheral surface of the projecting part 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the recessed part 12 are displaced by a little quantity from the screw shaft 8.
