<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ingress of water, moisture or the like into electric apparatuses, wirings, wire connecting portions or the like, and prevent leakage thereof to outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: When an electric apparatus is installed in a high humidity space, such as a bath room, there are provided a wiring opening 16 which penetrates a wall face 6 and is for pulling in a wire 11, a wire lead through port 10 for leading the wire into the apparatus, and a waterproofing cylinder 12 through which the wire 11 is passed. A body part 13 of the waterproofing cylinder 12 is substantially tapered and its thickness is gradually varied between opposite ends thereof. The body of the waterproofing cylinder is made of a waterproof soft material, and is provided at a larger-diameter end with a wall face mounting means and at a smaller-diameter end with an apparatus connecting means. The waterproofing cylinder is mounted in the wiring opening 16 through the wall face mounting means and is connected to the wire lead through port 10 through the apparatus connecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
