PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the user-friendliness of portable multifunctional electronic equipment having functions, such as a portable telephone function and a still camera function. SOLUTION: This portable electronic equipment consists of a main body part 1 and a cover body part 2 which are connected turnably by a connecting part 3 to be foldable, folding inner face sides of the main body part 1 and the cover body part 2 are provided with an input key group and a main display part, respectively, and a folding outer face side is provided with a camera part 9 and a sub display part 17. This provides portable multifunctional electronic equipment which is easily used as a portable telephone and is also easily used as a still camera, such that it can be immediately used as a still camera even when it is folded in a standby state as the portable telephone.
