PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which causes neither strain nor blowholes at the boundary parts between the different colors and printing patterns of the layer having different colors or multicolor (two-tone color) layer having different colors and printing patterns on the surface of a sheet, and causes no strain of the printing patterns. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes a thermoplastic resin film and has a base layer having a rear surface and the surface to the rear surface, a decorative layer which is colored so as to be different from the color of the base layer and arranged so as to partially conceal the surface of the base layer and a transparent protective layer arranged so as to cover the whole of the surface of the decorative layer and the surface of the base layer not covered with the decorative layer.
