PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely perform the removal work of a flange and a bearing frame after film recovery. SOLUTION: An annular groove 11b is provided at the outer periphery of one end 11a of a rotary spindle 11 that becomes the rotary shaft of a winding drum 15, where a plurality of winding arms 12 are adjacently arranged in the peripheral direction; a through hole 19a provided at the center of a flange 17-2 is passed through one end 11a of the rotary spindle 11; a bearing frame 20-2 having a bearing section 21 is erected from a body 9b so that it can fall down and erect freely; one end 11a of the rotary spindle 11 projecting from the through hole 19a of the flange 17-2 is passed through the bearing section 21; a one-touch lever 30 having a cutout section 31a-1 is mounted to the bearing frame 20-2 so that it can tilt freely; and the cutout section 31a-1 is fitted for locking to the annular groove 11b in the rotary spindle 11 projecting through the bearing section 21.
