PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound field control device which can always generate an appropriate acoustic signal regardless of the kinds of sound sources. SOLUTION: This device 5 is constituted so that inputted left and right audio signals are processed and acoustic signals necessary for a sound field control are generated. In this case, a delay means 6 delays one of the left and right audio signals L and R. An addition or subtraction means (8 and 9) add or subtract an output signal from this delay means 6 to/from other signal of the left and right audio signals. A generation means 7 generates an acoustic signal on the basis of the outputted signal from this addition or subtraction means. According to this device, since one of the left and right audio signals is delayed, a correlation between the left and right audio signals is reduced and an acoustic signals is generated even when the correlation is high as in a vocal. Thus, a particular sound does not have an acoustic effect and a natural sound is obtained. |
