PURPOSE: A device for winding elastic yarn is provided to easily wind the heavy elastic yarn and switch the elastic yarn from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin. CONSTITUTION: An elastic yarn discharging unit(10) discharges elastic yarn between a traverse(12) and a touch roller(11). A turret unit(20) is installed at the lower part of the elastic yarn discharging unit, and has two bobbin holders(22) into which bobbins(21) are inserted, and a rotatable turret(23). A control unit(30) rotates the turret and switches the elastic yarn to an empty bobbin when the bobbin is full of the elastic yarn. A lower plate(50) guides the elastic yarn into the lower part of the empty bobbin. An upper guide(60) is installed at the upper part of the lower plate, and has a plurality of incision units for fixing the elastic yarn to the empty bobbin.
