<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank silencer that excels in the silencing characteristic, the versatility, the cost reduction, and the installability. <P>SOLUTION: This silencer 1 of the fuel tank 40 having a mounting part 35 and a silencing part 2 is mounted on the inner wall of the fuel tank 40 through the mounting part 35 so that the silencing part 2 reduces and absorbs the fluid sound generated by the fuel being transferred in the fuel tank.
