PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new sodium-calcium exchange system inhibitor, a preventing and/or treating agent of ischemic heart diseases, heart failure, hypertension and/or arrhythmia containing the sodium-calcium exchange system inhibitor as an active ingredient, and a preventing and/or treating agent of hypertension containing a pyrazolone derivative, or the like, as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The sodium-calcium exchange system inhibitor is characterized by containing the pyrazolone derivative expressed by formula (I), its physiologically permissible salt, or their hydrated or solvated substances as the active ingredients.
