PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp-knitted fabric equipped with a good ventilating property, and a surface fastener function enabling the easy fixing on wearing on a body, etc., and capable of being easily produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This warp-knitted fabric is obtained by knitting an elastic yarn 7 freely elongating and contracting in a elongated state through each of loops of in plurality of wales 3 obtained by knitting warp yarn 2 by chain stitches, alternately knitting a pile yarn 8 as interlaced in each of wales 3 by projecting a pile-forming part 9 on one of the surfaces over each of the wales 3 making an adjacent pairs in each of the wales 3, joining by knitting the weft yarn 6 to each of the wales 3 forming the pairs and equipped with the pile-forming part 9, knitting the weft yarn 6 between each of the wales 3 not crossed by the pile-forming part 9 for each of prescribed number of stitches, joining each of the wales 3 and forming a penetrating hole 10 at a prescribed interval in the knitting direction between each of the wales not crossed by the pile-forming part 9.
