STRUCTURE FOR IMPROVING STRENGTH OF REAR SEAT MOUNTING PART IN TESTING STRENGTH OF TETHER ANCHOR

PURPOSE: A structure for improving the strength of a rear seat mounting part in testing the strength of a tether anchor is provided to prevent a rear welded surface from being separated by replacing a plate-shape reinforcing plate with a reinforcing plate for supporting three sides, to satisfy the strength test of the tether anchor by increasing supporting strength for the upper end horizontal surface of a rear floor panel and the front and rear vertical surfaces of a cross member, and accordingly to secure safety for passengers. CONSTITUTION: A structure for improving the strength of a rear seat mounting part in testing the strength of a tether anchor(10) is composed of a U-shape cross member(12) crossing a vehicle body frame and having flanges(12a) at both ends; a rear floor panel(13) mounted to the upper end part of the cross member; a fixing bracket(10a) of the tether anchor of a rear seat belt fixed by a bolt; and a U-shape reinforcing plate(14) arranged with side plates(14a,14b) bent at inner both sides of the cross member at right angle and welded and fixed in a three-side fixing method.
