<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of a tree kind having high cement hardening inhibitability, and to attain the reduction of hardening/curing time and the stabilization of performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the dry type production method for a woody cement board using a cement based inorganic material and a woody reinforcing material as the main raw materials, the raw materials are mixed and scattered on a template to form a mat, and the mat is subjected to hardening/curing in a carbonic acid atmosphere inside a pressure resistant kiln while pressurizing the same. Preferably, the concentration of carbon dioxide is controlled to≥20%, pressure is controlled to≥0.5MPa, and hardening/curing time is controlled to≤4hr as for the hardening/curing in the carbonic acid atmosphere inside the pressure resistant kiln. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
