METHOD FOR SEPARATELY RECOVERING CONSTITUTING MATERIAL OF RESIN COATING MATERIAL WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the situation of a difficulty of separately recovering an insert resin molded product of a state covered with a synthetic resin and including a metal thin plate core, according to a constituting member.

SOLUTION: A method for separately recovering the insert resin molded product according to the constituting member includes the steps of passing a treated material through a gap of rolls sufficiently smaller than a thickness of the material in a state in which the material is heated to raise its temperature to a temperature range of a softening point to a melting point, applying a compression deforming stress, and thereby dissociating a junction boundary of the coating synthetic resin and the metal thin plate core, and separately recovering the product according to the constituting member.
