<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically transparent film which can control characteristics of output light rays. <P>SOLUTION: An optically transparent film has first and second surfaces, the first surface has a structure of a shape formed with a plurality of triangle prisms, respective prisms have apex angles and some of the apex angles are different from the other apex angles. In the other optically transparent film, the first surface has the structure of a plurality of triangle prisms and the second surface contains a means which changes the shape of a region illuminated with a light beam outputted through the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
