PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cancel and appropriately maintain the mounted state of a control plate in an air flow being rotatably mounted to a supply opening in an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A structure for mounting the control panel comprises: a shaft body 1; and a retaining body 2 in the shaft body 1. The retaining body 2 has: a split groove 20d being extended along the direction of a cylindrical shaft from one open cylindrical end, an inner cylinder 2 having a cylindrical section 20a for accepting the shaft body 1 inside from the split groove 20d sideways; and an outer cylinder 21 that allows both cylindrical ends to be open, and is mounted so that it can travel from a first position for covering the split groove 20d in the cylindrical section 20a from the outside to a second position for exposing at least one portion of the split groove 20d in the direction of a cylindrical shaft in the cylindrical section 20a of the inner cylinder 20. An engagement section 21a that is engaged to a section 20e to be engaged to in the inner cylinder 20 at the first position is provided in the outer cylinder 21, either of the shaft body 1 or the retaining body 2 is mounted to the side of the control plate P and the other is mounted to the side of a supply opening F.
