SPLASH-PLATE SPRAY INJECTOR

摘要

FIELD: spraying units for finely dispersed liquids; gas cleaning units; heat-power engineering; construction engineering; chemical industry; absorbers, rectifying columns, Venturi tubes. SUBSTANCE: proposed splash-plate spray injector has housing with inner axial three-stage passage whose first stage is connected with pressure pipe line and second stage is provided with cylindrical tail-piece of spraying unit running through third stage of axial passage; spraying unit is made in form of cone-shaped guide member connected toroidal working disk. Outlet of third stage of passage is made in form of annular nozzle whose inner surface is engageable with outer surface of vertex of cone-shaped guide member of spraying unit. Base of cone-shaped guide member is engageable with outer surface of toroidal working disk whose diameter is equal to 5.5-6.0 of diameter of outlet hole of nozzle. Cone-shaped guide member of spraying unit is made in form of cone with generatrix pseudo-spherical surface at radius of sphere equal to two diameters of outlet hole of nozzle. Proposed injector reduces axial misalignment of spraying unit and axial passage of injector. Threaded joints are protected against aggressive medium. Provision is made for avoidance of screwing injector body off pressure pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 3 dwg
