PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that it takes a long time up to measuring moisture next time if measurement time is long and the moisture cannot be accurately grasped following the progress of desiccation when the grain moisture is measured. SOLUTION: A moisture measurement apparatus taking in every grain under the desiccation to measure moisture value, and repeating moisture measurement for averaging the moisture values of every predetermined number of the grains after every halt time, is constituted providing a moisture measurement speed calculation means for calculating a moisture measurement speed when the moisture is measured, changing the halt time until a measurement for a unit number of the next grains begins based on a measured speed, and approximately keeping a measurement time period of the measurement time for a specified number of the grains and the measurement halt time constant.
