<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein in a restaurant, a calling sound to call an attendant is only noise to a customer, and when the attendant is called from a table, the attendant who has accepted an order does not necessarily appear and information exchange between the customer and the attendant is poor. <P>SOLUTION: An order management system has a means for calling an order input device from an order control device, and a means for setting a function of relationally registering an order acceptance number, a table number and an order input device number in the order control device and a function of retrieving them, and when a call is made from a table, retrieving an order input device number via the table number to call the corresponding order input device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
