PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ESL of an electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: A plurality of drawing terminals 3, 4 are attached to an anode foil and a cathode foil of a capacitor element 2, respectively, which hold an electrolyte comprising a combination in which phosphoric ion is combined with a water-soluble metal complex and a solvent having water as the main ingredient, the drawing terminals 3, 4 are lead out from one wound end face of the capacitor element 2, the drawing terminals 3, 4 near the outer periphery are folded back, and are connected to the drawing terminals 3, 4 which are on the inner perimetry. The induced magnetic field of each drawing terminal is cancelled by disposing the drawing terminals nearer, so that the ESL is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
