<p>A non-volatile flip-flop includes a flip-flop unit (4) having a pair of storage nodes (5, 6) for storing a pair of reverse logic data and a pair of non-volatile resistance change elements (11, 12) respectively connected to the pair of storage nodes (5, 6) via switching elements (9, 10) and changing their resistances in such a manner that hey can be stored. In a store operation, resistances of the pair of non-volatile resistance change elements (11, 12) are changed according to the potentials of the pair of storage nodes (5, 6) and in a recall operation, the pair of storage nodes (5, 6) is set to a potential corresponding to a difference between resistances of the pair of non-volatile resistance change elements (11, 12).</p> |
