PURPOSE:To obtain a hardly malfunctioning circuit of little power loss by sending a signal of large amplitude corresponding to a voltage drop of diode to a receiving discriminator. CONSTITUTION:When there is no signal in a signal generator 1, the voltage of a battery 2 passes through the parasitic diode 4 of a power MOSFET 3 and is applied to a receiving discriminator 5 and a controller 6. However, said devices neither detect a signal nor make an action so that no power is supplied to a load 7. When the output of a signal generator 1 is applied between the gate 8 and source 9 of said power MOSFET 3, an ON-state is obtained at the level '1' and an OFF-state, at the level '0', and a signal voltage overlapped by a battery voltage is applied to the input terminal of said receiving discriminator 5. The receiving discriminator 5 discriminates said signal and drives the controller 6 to supply said load 7 with power. In said power-supplying state to the load 7, a sufficient DC bias voltage is applied to the power MOSFET, so that the voltage drop of said power MOSFET is very small. |
