PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a steering wheel rim using hydraulic transfer and the steering wheel rim manufactured by the method are provided to simplify the manufacturing process, reduce the cost, and form matched seams. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a steering wheel rim using hydraulic transfer includes steps of forming a transfer surface(12) by hydraulically transferring the surface of an article(S) to be transferred; masking a part of the transfer surface by using a masking member(M); removing the grease of a part on which masking is not performed; hydraulically transferring the degreased part again; and removing the masking member.
