摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a titanium oxide thin film formable on a base having no resistance to heat such as a plastic film to provide a pigment sensitized solar battery element manufactured by this method. <P>SOLUTION: In this thin film formation method, either of titania sol solution, titania gel body, and titania sol gel mixed body is applied to the base to form a coated film, and the coated film is heat-treated in a sealed vessel and is pressurized and crystallized at the same time to form the titanium oxide thin film.
