PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretory device which can reduce burdens on subjects and shorten treating time by allowing subjects themselves to positively promote the discharging of excrements eventually achieving a larger amount of excrement with a limited possible frequency. SOLUTION: A conical laxative member 7 which has a laxative 7b added into a capsule type solidified matter 7a made soluble by body heat or intestinal juices is mounted at the tip of the device and after being inserted into the anus, the solidified matter 7a is dissolved by the body heat or the intestinal juices and the laxative 7b melting out stimulates the intestinal paries to activate the rectum so that the excretion is promoted and the excrement is treated with the device.
