PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape which realizes expandability and adhesiveness enabling free adaptation to the various forms of surfaces to be adhered, belt-like pressure-preventing and supporting properties, and air permeability, has high coating efficiency, and can be utilized for many purposes. SOLUTION: This stretchable adhesive tape in which broken line or chain line-like slits 1, slits 2 are alternately arranged and formed in parallel to a non-stretchable or low extensive direction Y-Y in a substrate and an adhesive layer which have high stretchability or extensibility in one direction. When extended on adhesion, the stretchable adhesive tape forms opened windows 3 and opened portions 4 to cover, support and fix the surface of an organism or matter in a net-like shape.
