PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining correspondence when specimens of group A and specimens of group B hold the physical, chemical or biological correspondence. SOLUTION: The method is to determine the correspondence by bringing a mixture prepared by mixing the specimens of group A based on a prescribed law into contact with the specimens of group B and detecting interaction of both. The specimens of the group A are converted into the mixture according to a rule based on the binary system to thereby remarkably reduce the frequency of reaction for detecting the interaction.
