PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting nozzle and a blasting machine capable of achieving a sufficient peeling effect without damaging a substrate. SOLUTION: This blasting nozzle 17 is provided with conduits 23 and 27 to which blasting media pressurized by gas are introduced, throttling parts 29 and 31 in which diameters of the conduits 23 and 27 are contracted toward the tips, and a long nozzle 33 connecting to the throttling parts 29 and 31, and having an angular passage 34 inside. Tip opening diameters of the throttling parts 29 and 31 are 2-20 times the average grain size of the blasting media, the passage length of the long nozzle 33 is 2-10 times the average grain size of the blasting media, the passage width of the long nozzle 33 is 3-10 times the passage height of the long nozzle 33, and the passage length of the long nozzle is 10-50 times the tip opening diameter of each throttling part 29 and 31.
