PURPOSE: A vessel for water and liquor having a cooling tube and a cooling method are provided to maintain a cooling condition on drinking cooling contents and not to dilute contents though time passes without ice. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tube(3) is formed to a lid(2) of a cup integrally. A lid assembling hole(4) is formed to an upper portion of the cooling tube. The lid(5) having a hole(10) on a side is assembled to the lid assembling hole. The cooling tube is filled with coolant to cool contents of a vessel(1). An inlet for the cooling tube is formed to the lid to insert the cooling tube. The cooling tube is combined to the inlet by a combining portion. Thereby, a cooling condition is maintained and consistency of the contents is not diluted without using ice.
