PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean the inner surfaces of clasps of different sizes sufficiently, and to prevent a twisted brush from being obtrusive, disturbing, and dangerous when using a toothbrush-shaped main brush and from taking up much space when being accommodated. SOLUTION: A cleaning instrument for dentures is equipped with a thin and long handle 1, the main brush 3 with bristles planted on the surface of the front end of the handle 1, the conical twisted brush 10 having the base part supported rotatably at the back end part of the handle 1 and having a long external shape, and a thin and long inserting space 5 which is made on the handle 1 in the lengthwise direction except for the front end part of the handle 1, opens at the back end, and allows the twisted brush 10 to be inserted and taken out freely.
