摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheets with excellent magnetic properties through low temperature slab heating by using (Al, Si, Mn)N precipitate is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of heating a steel slab comprising Si 2.0 to 4.0 wt.%, sol.Al 0.006 to 0.030 wt.%, Mn 0.1 to 1.0 wt.%, N 0.007 to 0.013 wt.%, C 0.025 to 0.055 wt.%, Cu 0.3 to 1.0 wt.%, 0.007 wt.% or less of S, a balance of Fe and incidental impurities to the temperature range of 1250 to 1330°C, followed by hot rolling; annealing the hot rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet one time or cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet two times, wherein in the case that the cold rolling is conducted two times, a process annealing is conducted between cold rolling processes; decarburizing-annealing the cold rolled steel sheet under wet atmosphere ranging from 700 to 900°C; nitriding the cold rolled steel sheet at 700 to 900°C to form (Al,Si,Mn)N precipitates; and applying annealing separator on the cold rolled steel sheet, followed by final hot annealing.
