APPARATUS FOR LEVELLING RED HOT COKE IN CDQ BUCKET

PURPOSE: An apparatus for levelling red hot coke in CDQ bucket is provided to prevent break down of crane facility and facility accident and prevent safety accident of operator by uniformly distributing red hot coke partially loaded in the bucket due to abnormality of bucket rotating unit of quenching car before hoisting red hot coke. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for levelling red hot coke inside bucket installed at CDQ (coke dry quenching) of coke oven, the apparatus comprises a cover frame in which a scraper(45) is installed, the scraper(45) is vertically movable and rotatable at the upper side of the bucket(112) in which red hot coke(150) is partially loaded; traveling motor and guide rail beams(13,15) for moving the cover frame to the upper side of the bucket; and a skirt part(46) installed at the scraper(45) in such a manner that the central part of the skirt part(46) is high, and height of the skirt part(46) is gradually being lowered as it goes from the central part to the outer side of the central part of the skirt part(46) so that levelling operation is made by rotating the scraper(45) in the upper part of the bucket(112), thereby moving lopsided red hot coke(150) to the center of the bucket(112).
