<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film balloon, having a double structure, and a manufacturing method therefor, which simplify the trapping and sealing of gas, and which enable low-cost manufacture by simplifying a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: In this film balloon 10 having the double structure, an inside balloon 30, which is constituted by thermally welding peripheral edges of two films for the inside balloon 30, is arranged in an outside balloon 20 which is constituted by thermally welding peripheral edges 23 of two films 21 and 22 for the outside balloon 20; a first check valve 40 for trapping the gas in the outside balloon 20 is integrally joined by thermally welding the films 21 and 22; a second check valve 50 for trapping the gas in the inside balloon 30 is inserted for arrangement in such a manner as to be sandwiched between the films 21 and 22 and between the films for the inside balloon 30, and integrally joined by thermally welding the films 21 and 22 and thermally welding the films for the inside balloon 30. Unwelded parts 44, 54 and 55 are provided on inner surfaces of the respective check valves 40 and 50, so that air permeability can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
