PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small the size of an element and the size when it is integrated. SOLUTION: The element has at least 1st to 3rd quantum points which are different in size from one another in the increasing order of the sizes, and the 1st to 3rd quantum points have discontinuous energy levels and a common energy level. When signal energy is inputted to the 1st quantum point, energy moves from the 1st quantum point to the 2nd quantum point and from the 2nd quantum point to the 3rd quantum point at the common energy level and adjusting signal energy is inputted to the 3rd quantum point to adjust the energy for obtaining a specific possible energy level at the 3rd quantum point, so that energy inhibited from moving to the 3rd quantum point is outputted as converted signal energy from the 2nd quantum point.
