PURPOSE: A ladle supporting brick for preventing loss of filler is provided which prevents loss of filler by minimizing friction with molten steel during initial inflow of molten steel into ladle, prevents tapping of large sized slag during the end of tapping from the ladle and discharges residual molten steel easily. CONSTITUTION: In a supporting brick that is installed on the bottom surface of a ladle(100) so that molten steel is discharged into the lower side when opening an outlet(12) filled with filler(105), the ladle supporting brick for preventing loss of the filler comprises a lower body(10b) on which the outlet(12) is penetratingly formed; a cone shaped upper body(10a) on which an outer circumferential surface is formed in such a way that outer diameter of the outer circumferential surface is getting narrow as it goes from lower side to upper side to minimize frictional resistance with flow of molten steel supplied into the ladle(100), and into which a central inlet hole(11) connected to the outlet(12) is penetrated; and at least one or more side inlet holes(20) which are penetrated into the central inlet hole(11) from the outer circumferential surface of the upper body(10a).
