PURPOSE: A rubber asphalt mortar used as flooring materials of parking places is provided, which is resistant to impact, abrasion, chemicals and water absorption, and shortens construction time and processes by mixing emulsified rubber asphalt, cement and sand. CONSTITUTION: The rubber asphalt mortar is prepared by the following steps of: stirring rubber asphalt for 0.5-1.5hrs; adding ionized water mixed with vulcanization accelerators; adding 10-30pts.wt. of hardening accelerators, such as sodium silicate or calcium chloride, dissolved in water, for emulsified rubber asphalt having 50-75% of solid contents; mixing rubber asphalt, cement and sand in a weight ratio of 0.85 : 1 : 4 or rubber asphalt, cement, sand and silica in a weight ratio of 0.85 : 1 : 1-2 : 2-4; and optionally adding 10-50pts.wt. of coloring agents such as Fe2O3, cyanine green, etc. The rubber asphalt comprises 100pts.wt. of styrene butadiene rubber(65-100% concentration), 0.5-3pts.wt. of anionic emulsifier like fatty acid, 27-35pts.wt. of nonionic emulsifier like polyoxy ethylene alkyl ether, small amounts of silicon-based antifoaming agent, and 200pts.wt. of molten straight asphalt.
