<p>This invention provides a system and method for multiple users (105, 110) to simultaneously access selected files (138) during an online session. Each of the users (105, 110) has read access to each of the other users' selected files (138). Each user (105, 110) can edit each of the other users' files (138), although only a single user may edit any file at a given point in time. The invention synchronizes editing control among the users. Each time a user edits a file (138), the edit is automatically cascaded to all session participants (105, 110).</p> |
