The invention relates to a closure cap (V) for infusion or transfusion bottles, comprising a rubber-type sealing part (1) adapted to the neck of the bottle (3). The closure cap (7) is embodied in such a way that it underpins a bead (5) on the neck of the bottle (3). An top-cap (8) for maintaining the closure cap (7) in a positive fit on the neck of the bottle (3) is also provided. The aim of the invention is to provide a closure cap which has an advantageous design for sterilisation, for example. In order to achieve said aim, the sealing part (1) is retained by the closure cap (7) and is exposed in a direction leading towards the outside of the sealing cap (7) in an area of penetration (17), and the top-cap (8) which also covers the area of penetration (17) is maintained in a first, reversible lock-in position (I) at an axial distance (y) to the area of penetration (8) on the closure cap (7).
