PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus for easily executing the arrangement of record media that have recorded broadcasting programs. SOLUTION: A center apparatus multiplexes the image video information of programs and the program information of programs, and includes label information that is displayed on a label in the program information for broadcasting. The terminal apparatus has a printing means 25 for printing the label information, records the image video information and the program information of programs that have been received on a record medium, at the same time prints label information contained in the program information on a label by a printing means 25, and generates a label for arranging the record medium. Therefore, label information can be fetched from the recorded program information for printing on a label, and the label is put on the record medium that has recorded the program, thus easily arranging the record medium.
