PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical multistory parking space wherein a vehicle can be housed in a vehicle parking space on an arbitrary floor by using a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A rotating device for a rotary table, which can be stopped at an arbitrary rotation angle, and an elevating device for making the rotating device ascend/descend are provided in a central part of the cylindrical multistory parking space having a plurality of floor surfaces wherein the vehicle parking spaces are formed in a radial pattern. The elevating device has an elevating body which is mounted integrally on a lower part of the rotating device, and the elevating body is made to ascend/descend by rotating operations of an annular ring whose inner peripheral surface has an inside screw screwed into an outside screw formed in an outer peripheral surface of the elevating body.
