<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of the proper departure date and time, and to reach a scheduled position in time, even when the traffic state is changed. SOLUTION: This information center 40 communicable with a user's moving terminal 20 receives user's schedule information including information on at least a place and the starting date and time from the moving terminal and stores the information. The center calculates a route and a required time from the position determined by information on a place included in optional schedule information to the position determined by information on a place included in schedule information of the subsequent schedule based on traffic information from a traffic information center 70 and map information. Therefore, the center determines the departure date and time toward the position determined by the information on the place included in the schedule information of the subsequent schedule, and, when the date and time approach, the center informs the user's moving terminal of arrival of the departure date and time.</p> |
