PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt to requirement characteristics of seal part 4 different in each part in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This weather strip 1 is extrusion-molded in a long size and disposed on the entire circumference of an opening for a slide door. The seal part 4 having the annular cross section is integrally formed on a side surface of a welt part 2. The seal part 4 has a main material region 4A made of a sponge material of a thermoplastic elastomer and a sub material region 4B made of a sponge material or a solid material having high hardness after molding. The sub material region 4B lies in a circumferential part of the annular seal part 4, while the position is suitably different in the longitudinal direction of the weather strip 1. A door 12 presses the seal part 4 forwardly along the approach locus L at the front edge of the slide door, so that the position of the sub material region 4B is set so as to face to this and abnormal deformation of the seal part 4 is avoided.
