PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sending device capable of delivering a belt-like sheet smoothly from a delivering device without loosening of the belt-like sheet delivered from a sheet roll group, even if the belt-like sheet is delivered at a higher speed on the side of the delivering device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a sheet sending section 10 for sending the belt-like sheet S continuously by rotating a sheet roll group RG so as to correspond to the feed speed on the side of the feeder and a sheet guiding section 20 to guide the belt-like sheet sent from the sheet sending section 10. The sheet guiding section 20 is provided with an ultrasonic sensor 21 for detecting the reminder of a sheet roll SR, and an accumulation means 28 for accumulating the belt-like sheet S between the ultrasonic sensor 21 and the delivering device. When the reminder of the sheet roll SR detected by the ultrasonic sensor 21 becomes little, the rotation speed of the sheet roll group RG is forcibly reduced and when the sheet roll SR is replaced to a sheet roll SR on the next stage, the speed is returned to the initial control state.
