VALVE STRUCTURE FOR INTAKE MANIFOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a valve structure for an intake manifold that can maintain appreciable operability of an actuator for driving a butterfly valve even under bad coaxial precision of bearings for supporting multiple valves, in a valve structure for a manifold of resin. SOLUTION: The valve structure for an intake manifold passes one square- sectioned shaft through the valve set for each cylinder to drive the valve. The valve 20 is formed integrally with a shaft fitting part 23 arranged in a central portion and bearing parts 22 with a shaft hole 24 disposed in the right and left, and a clearance between the shaft hole 24 of the bearing part 22 and the square-sectioned shaft 30 is large enough to absorb degradation in the coaxial precision of the shaft hole due to distortion of an intake manifold.
