PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent falling of an injection pipe. SOLUTION: This grout injection apparatus comprises the injection pipe 3 inserted into a hole part 2 arranged in lining concrete C, and an installing tool 4 installed in a base end part 3a of the injection pipe 3. The installing tool 4 is provided with a plate part 6 arrangeable along a vicinal part of the hole part 2 among a lining concrete surface C1. The plate part 6 is attached with an anchor bolt 10 fixed to the lining concrete surface C1.
