PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for erecting a reinforcing bar by means of a frame for holding the reinforcing bar, which enables bar arrangement work at a building site by using the lightweight and easy-to-handle frame which enables accurate positioning of a main reinforcement and a hoop tie. SOLUTION: The construction method for erecting the reinforcing bar by means of the frame for holding the reinforcing bar is characteristically constituted as follows: a level frame composed of a vertical member and a horizontal member is formed on a foundation; an angle frame 1 is placed for fixation on the horizontal member of the level frame; and the main reinforcement is fitted for arrangement from without into a recess formed in a lateral frame member of the angle frame 1.
