PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction due to an error in speech recognition caused by noise. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with a means which compares an inputted voice pattern with voice patterns in a dictionary memory, a means which detects a noise level, and a voice output means; when the noise level is less than a specific value, an inputted control command obtained by performing speech recognition is performed as it is and when the noise level is larger than the specific value, a voice for confirming whether or not the control command obtained by the voice recognition is voiced is outputted by the voice output means. When a voice showing that a recognition result is coincident is inputted, the control command obtained by the speech recognition is performed and when a voice showing that the recognition result is not coincident is inputted, voice input is expected without performing the control command obtained by the speech recognition.
