<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of hard charcoal mixture used as construction and art materials, which gives easy forming and saved production cost. CONSTITUTION: A hard charcoal mixture is prepared by the following steps: preparing 80-120mesh of hard charcoal, 80-150mesh of hard charcoal byproduct, 80-150mesh of soot and 30-80mesh of paper; mixing 50-60wt.% of hard charcoal 20-30wt.% of hard charcoal byproduct, 3-5wt.% of soot, and 2-4wt% of paper powder; adding 3-7wt.% of starch glue and mixing homogeneously; and leaving the mixture under the shade over 1hr to remove foams and abrasion heat.</p> |
