PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient results that have hitherto been impossible by conventional capler because of ultraviolet not penetrated when a photocatalysis effect is intended to gain by performing titanium oxide coating to a capler used to connect a dialysis treatment device to a dialyzer or a minute particle filtration filter. SOLUTION: There are used, as a body material for a transparent capler expected to perform the photocatalysis effect of titanium oxide, the main component parts that are formed using a transparent polycarbonate resin. As a result, it becomes possible to penetrate ultraviolet that is essential for the photocatalysis effect in the capler.
